We're Hiring: Center Manager

Locations: Koparkhairane
Work Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (6 Days a Week)
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | In-person
Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Mindseed Preschool is seeking a committed and result-oriented Center Manager to lead operations, drive admissions, and uphold academic excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in education management and a strong passion for early childhood development.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum graduate degree (a background in Education or Management will be an advantage)
• Proven experience in any of the following: Education, Counselling, Sales, or Customer Service
• Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Admissions & Growth Management: Strategize and implement plans to increase student enrollments
• Center Operations: Oversee daily operations to maintain a safe, engaging, and effective learning environment
• Team Leadership: Supervise and support academic and non-academic staff to ensure smooth functioning
• Data & Performance Monitoring: Use CRM tools and Excel for performance tracking, reporting, and analysis
• Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance local visibility and brand reputation
