Role Overview

sales-driven and results-oriented Centre Head

Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation

Own and drive seat sales
across private offices, dedicated desks, and flexible plans
Develop and execute sales strategies
to maximize occupancy and revenue per seat
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
through brokers, corporate partnerships, and direct client acquisition
Maintain strong client relationships
to ensure renewals, upselling, and referrals
Track and report sales performance
including pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue growth metrics
Collaborate with marketing teams
to design and implement local campaigns, activations, and lead-generation initiatives
Negotiate contracts and close deals
with a focus on profitability and long-term client retention

Requirements

Minimum
3-5 years of proven sales experience
in coworking or flexible workspace companies
Strong understanding of
seat selling, occupancy management, and revenue optimization
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with a
target-driven mindset
