Center Head – P School of Dance & Fitness Qualifications Required Educational: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Physical Education, Performing Arts, Sports Science, or Management). Certification in Dance, Zumba, Fitness, Yoga, or related field will be an added advantage. Professional Experience: 2–3 years of experience in dance/fitness/yoga training OR managing a fitness/dance institution. Experience in handling teams, scheduling classes, and student management. Skills & Abilities: Strong leadership & people management skills. Good communication skills (English + Malayalam/Tamil preferred). Knowledge of dance, fitness, and wellness trends. Ability to plan, market, and manage courses effectively. Basic administrative & financial management skills. --- Roles & Responsibilities 1. Leadership & Administration Oversee day-to-day operations of the center. Coordinate between trainers, staff, and students. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and quality standards. 2. Academic & Training Support Ensure classes (Dance, Zumba, Yoga, Fitness, Cross-Fitness) run smoothly. Support trainers in curriculum planning and student engagement. Introduce new workshops, performances, and fitness programs. 3. Student & Parent Relations Guide students on course selection and career opportunities. Handle parent interactions, feedback, and counseling. 4. Marketing & Growth Promote P School of Dance & Fitness in the community. Coordinate events, competitions, and stage performances. Work with MD/Management on growth plans and admissions. 5. Reporting & Certification Maintain student records, attendance, and course completion reports. Support in certification, placements, and collaborations.
