Job description
- 2-3 years experienced candidate(Female) from the school/playschool industry
- Able to Manage day-to-day activities at the branch
- Acquiring and Maintaining Business Prospects
- Addressing parents' concerns/queries
- Good in Teamwork and know-how to Manage the staff
- Dealing with vendors for any infrastructure issue
- Accountable for Admission and Attrition of the branch
Skills and Specification
-Should have at least 2-3 years of experience working in a preschool setting.
-Efficient enough to understand a child's development and needs.
-Ability to work with parents and encourage their involvement.
-Proven ability to take key decisions independently and lead a team
-Ability to lead effective learning and care programs
-Ability to self-evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities
-Good mental and physical health
-A caring attitude with a sense of humor
-Friendly, flexible approach, open to feedback
-Should have an influential personality with excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
-Should have knowledge of working on computers that includes MS Excel, Word, Google Drive, Zoom meetings etc.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
