Job Summary

We are looking for a Centre Manager to lead daily operations, manage the team, improve service quality, and drive overall business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff to ensure smooth day-to-day centre operations.

• Achieve individual and team targets.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

• Monitor performance, processes, and profitability; share monthly reports.

• Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory, and company policies.

• Coordinate with internal departments for efficient workflow.

• Support training and development of team members.

• Manage resources, budgets, and accurate documentation.

• Lead by example in work ethics, discipline, and professionalism.

Skills Required

• Strong leadership and team-management skills

• Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to manage operations efficiently

• Basic knowledge of reporting, documentation, and compliance

Qualifications

• Graduation preferred (any stream)

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in centre/branch/operations management

• Experience in customer-facing roles is an added advantage
