Job Description

The role of a Centre Head at Firstcry Intellitots Preschool typically involves :

Overseeing daily operations of a pre-school
Design Marketing plan for generating admission leads
Handle enquiries, admission counseling & conversions
Plan strategies for business growth & development at the preschool
Ensuring a safe and enriching environment for children,
Ensure adherence to policies for their implementation
Participation in the selection and appointment of teaching and non-teaching staff and accountability for recruited staff
Assigning roles and responsibilities & facilitate in KRA decision making of all teaching staff
Evaluating the standards of teaching and learning & conducting weekly staff review meetings
Managing staff,
Implementing curriculum,
Undertake teacher training for staff improvement
Liaising with parents, and
Maintaining regulatory compliance.
Effective time management of the preschool calendar
Organize open house meets with parents, Events & Activities
Additionally, they may be responsible for financial management, marketing, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

The work timings will be 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Experience:
