Centre Head

Position Overview:

The Centre Head will serve as the primary contact for parents and guardians, guiding families through the preschool admissions journey and ensuring a seamless transition for children. She will lead by example, collaborate with the teaching team, and represent the school with enthusiasm and integrity.

Job Details:

• Position Type: Permanent | Full-time
• Work Hours: Day Shift
• Salary Range: ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,00,000 per year + attractive benefits
• Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a bridge between families, faculty, and administration
• Guide prospective parents through curriculum details and school philosophy
• Conduct engaging tours of classrooms and facilities
• Handle admission applications and ensure process accuracy
• Collaborate with educators on child readiness and placement
• Build community partnerships to promote school outreach
• Lead orientation sessions and parent meetings
• Stay updated on trends in early childhood education

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
• Relevant experience in preschool or kindergarten education
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A warm, approachable demeanor and professional integrity
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and database systems
