Centre Coordinator – Leading Preschool (Full-Time)

*Location:* Baguiati

*Salary:* ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depends on experience)

*Shift:* Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm (Saturday half‑day optional)

What You’ll Do

- Oversee daily operations — admissions, attendance, scheduling, and smooth classroom functioning

- Support teachers & caregivers — training, duty rosters, performance feedback

- Be the go‑to parent liaison — respond to queries, organize conferences, share progress reports

- Manage admin: maintain records, compliance, health & safety checks, stock inventory

- Drive admissions growth — help with open houses, outreach, social‑media promotions

- Track budgets, petty cash, and vendor payments

Who You Are

- Graduate (NTT / B.Ed ) preferred) with 2‑4 years preschool experience

- Excellent communication — fluent English, plus local language a plus

- Tech‑savvy — comfortable with school management software, MS Office/Google Suite

- Calm under pressure, great problem‑solver and team‑player

- Passion for early childhood development and safety standards
