We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Resort Guest Services Coordinator. This multifaceted role involves managing various aspects of guest interactions, reservations, operations coordination, social media engagement, feedback management, and property audits. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming reservation calls, providing excellent customer service and accurately processing bookings.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of guest requests and services.
  • Manage incoming messages and inquiries from social media platforms, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct guest feedback calls to gather insights and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  • Make outgoing calls to guests for follow-ups, confirmations, and personalized service enhancements.
  • Reconciliation of accounting submissions and sharing reports to the leadership team.
  • Coordinate corporate training programs for resort staff, ensuring compliance with company standards and objectives.
  • Generate invoices for guest services and follow up on payment processing as needed.
  • Conduct property video audits to ensure consistency in branding, presentation, and guest experience standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in guest services, reservations, or hospitality management required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using reservation management software and social media platforms.
  • Ability to analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
  • Experience in HR tasks such as recruitment, training, and employee relations preferred.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in invoice generation and financial follow-up.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Knowledge of property management systems and video auditing tools is a plus.
