Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Central Head to oversee and coordinate key administrative and operational functions across departments at our Pune office. This leadership role involves managing workflow, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the central office
• Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless communication
• Maintain schedules, calendars, and operational records
• Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation planning
• Conduct performance tracking and prepare reports for management
• Manage external communications and liaise with vendors/partners
• Lead, motivate, and mentor administrative staff
