Center Manager

As a Center Manager at VatsTech Business Solution Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in leading our Computer Training Center. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality training delivery, and driving student enrollments. You will be in charge of the overall functioning of the training center, ensuring the smooth execution of training programs, maintaining infrastructure and training resources, as well as managing student admissions, batch scheduling, and records. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment, coordinate marketing activities, and build partnerships with schools, colleges, and corporate organizations. In terms of academic and training management, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality training delivery, coordinating curriculum implementation with trainers, monitoring student progress, and addressing any concerns that may arise. You will also supervise trainers and administrative staff, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a positive learning environment for both students and staff. Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and grievances will be part of your role, along with ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with 2-5 years of experience in managing a training/education center. Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, with sales and business development experience being preferred. Knowledge of computer training programs and IT education trends will also be beneficial.
