Center Manager

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Centre Manager to lead and manage our learning center at Kasturi Floridus, Silvassa. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader, passionate about education, and capable of fostering strong relationships with parents, students, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and a high standard of service.

• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, curriculum details, and program benefits.

• Conduct parent orientation sessions, presentations, and interactive workshops.

• Lead and motivate a team of educators and staff to deliver quality learning experiences.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to center activities.

• Ensure enrolment targets are met by managing inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Address parent concerns and feedback with professionalism and empathy.

• Organize and participate in events, workshops, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in educational center management or a similar administrative role.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to engage with parents and build trust.

• Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Female candidates only, aged 30 years and above.

• Proficiency in using basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
