Role Description:
ü Student and parents counselling on calls or face-to-face, including home counselling, to secure admissions
ü Manager day-to-day operations of centre such as scheduling, staff management etc
ü Achieve revenue targets of the branch
ü Maintain an accurate record and report of all students in CRM
ü Be well-informed about pattern, syllabus, eligibility criteria etc. of different competitive exams
ü Ensure that branch efforts are synchronized with marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Requirements:
ü Graduation/Post-Graduation in any stream
ü Proven experience of 3+ years in a Counseling and branch managerial role, preferably in an educational or sales-driven environment
ü Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ü Managed and coordinated a team of 3–4 members
ü Convincing Power/Adaptable/ Active listening
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
ü Focus on effective Sales conversions and Target Achievement
ü Create and manage detailed reports related to leads, conversions, and revenue
ü HR policy compliances
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
