Our mission is to make advanced cancer treatment accessible, affordable, transparent, ensuring every patient receives dignity, clarity, and trust.Through our multidisciplinary teams & specialist consultants (medical, pediatric, surgical & hemato-oncology), we offer high‐quality diagnostics, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, along with thorough support for side effects, psychological wellness, pediatric care, and survivorship.⸻Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a Unit/Center Head located in Veraval, Gujarat.The Unit Head will be responsible for the P&L, operations, and administration of the center, ensuring both clinical excellence and financial sustainability.Key Responsibilities• Driving business growth, patient volumes, and revenue targets while maintaining cost efficiencies.• Overseeing hospital operations, patient services, and administrative functions.• Leading and managing the medical, nursing, and support teams to deliver high-quality care.• Coordinating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and clinical outcomes.• Implementing protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.• Building referral networks and strengthening the brand presence in the community.• Reporting to management/board with updates on financial performance, operations, and strategic initiatives.⸻Qualifications & Experience• Proven leadership experience in hospital/healthcare administration with P&L responsibility.• Strong understanding of hospital operations, revenue cycle management, and patient service excellence.• Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to balance business performance with clinical quality.• Exposure to oncology or specialty care preferred.• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.• 10–15 years of relevant healthcare management experience.
