Job Description

Responsibilities

1.Center head to manage , monitoring, tracking JPM goal assigned. Counselling, mobilization, follow-up, tracking , monitoring, doing field visits to employers. Person to be mature enough to understand project goal and deliverables.

2. Good communication Skills/ Vernacular Language
3. Good with Google suits 4. Excel Management 5. Meeting community/ employers/ other stakeholders to mobilize trainees/ working professionals 6. Counselling of prospective trainees over phone call 7. Email campaign to mobilize trainees 8. Data Analysis 9. Monitoring and tracking the retention of students 10.Mobilization & Counselling through community outreach and alumni networks 11. Screening of mobilized candidates 12. Mobilization and Career Counselling Identifying and engaging individuals from previous batches who are eager for the upskilling and enhance their careers in IT/ITeS through structured outreach and counselling sessions 13. Candidate Tracking

Requirements
Requirements:

Education Qualification:

Mandatory : Graduation (Any Stream)

Preferred : MBA or Diploma in Sales

Past Experience/Skills Required:

2-4 years of experience, with at least 2 years in managing independent profit center operations.

Experience leading a team of 3-4 members.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and team management experience.

Background in the training industry is a must.

Preferable: Experience managing CSR or Skills projects
