  program sales, renewals, upgrades, and referrals

• Track walk-ins, lead follow-ups, conversion ratios, and closures
• Personally engage in

  high-value client conversions

Client Acquisition & Retention

• Ensure proactive

  follow-up discipline

  across teams
• Build strong client relationships to improve

  lifetime value

• Handle objections, negotiations, and escalations confidently

Team Performance Management

• Lead daily sales huddles and performance reviews
• Coach counsellors, front desk, and therapists on

  selling skills

• Create a

  high-energy, target-driven culture

Local Marketing & Growth Initiatives

• Execute local promotions, referral drives, society tie-ups
• Collaborate with marketing to generate

  quality leads

• Monitor ROI of clinic-level activities

Operations & Controls

• Ensure smooth clinic operations without compromising sales focus
• Monitor billing, collections, inventory, and MIS accuracy
