Roles & Responsibilities: Center Management & Operations Oversee daily operations of the center to ensure smooth functioning. Ensure all classes run on time with required quality standards. Maintain hygiene, discipline, and a professional atmosphere at the center. Manage infrastructure, equipment, and basic administrative tasks. Supervise front desk activities, student walk-ins, and customer service. Team Leadership Lead, manage, and motivate the center staff (trainers, counselors, support staff). Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure accountability. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Business Development & Revenue Generation Drive center sales by achieving monthly admission and revenue targets. Follow up with leads and walk-ins to convert them into enrollments. Coordinate with the digital marketing team for lead generation and local promotions. Explore local partnerships or community engagement opportunities to boost visibility. Maintain and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement. Customer Engagement & Retention Ensure a high level of student satisfaction through consistent service delivery. Handle student and parent queries, feedback, and grievances professionally. Monitor student progress and address issues affecting learning or attendance. Encourage referrals and repeat business through excellent client relationships. Reporting & Compliance Maintain proper records of admissions, inquiries, revenue, and staff attendance. Submit timely reports to management on center performance and growth. Ensure all center activities comply with internal policies and local regulations. Key Skills Required: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication (English and Hindi) and interpersonal skills Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach Problem-solving ability and proactive decision-making Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace for reporting and communication
