Asthra works in inclusive wellness, therapy, and developmental support for children and individuals with diverse abilities. Our services include therapy-based interventions, movement and wellness programs, special needs support, and holistic development.

Asthra is expanding to Madurai to make quality services accessible beyond metro cities.

About the Role:

Asthra is opening its Madurai Center and is looking for a committed individual to take complete responsibility as Center Head during the initial phase.

All initial setup (registration, location, basic infrastructure) will be handled by Asthra.

The Center Head will manage the center end-to-end and report directly to the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

• Center Operations
• Manage daily functioning of the center
• Ensure smooth delivery of programs
• Maintain quality standards and basic records
• Admissions & Parent Interaction
• Handle admissions for children with special needs
• Meet parents, understand their concerns, and explain programs clearly
• Support parents with empathy and realistic guidance
• Maintain admission and follow-up records

Program Oversight

• Conduct sessions or supervise qualified professionals
• Ensure proper documentation and child progress tracking
• Staff Coordination
• Identify staffing needs based on student strength
• Recruit and coordinate therapists, educators, or support staff

Outreach & Growth

• Build relationships with schools, doctors, therapists, and local communities
• Support enrollment and awareness activities
• Act as the local representative of

  Asthra in Madurai

Who We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• Certification or background in therapy / special education / rehabilitation / yoga therapy / disability services
• Strong communication skills (Tamil required; English preferred)
• Ability to handle responsibility independently
• Comfortable interacting with parents and managing a center

Good to Have:

• Experience working in or managing a center, clinic, or school
• Exposure to the special needs ecosystem

Compensation

• Fixed pay based on experience
