Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have extensive experience in CRM development including working with Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, and Customizations. Your proficiency in Power Platform tools such as PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power Portals will be essential for success in this position. Additionally, your expertise in UI/UX customization using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Liquid JS will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Perform data migration tasks utilizing tools such as SSIS, ETL tool, and Kingway Soft. - Implement integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, and S2S authentication. - Work with CE modules including Sales, Customer service, and Field Service. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with Reporting tools like SSRS and Power BI. - Strong understanding of CRM security models, entity relationships, and business process flows. - Knowledge of Marketing and Contact Center functionalities would be advantageous.
