Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    End to end responsible to execute and manage delivery of concrete from plant to customer ontime ensuring optimum utilization of TM and pumps in a unit

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Management of TM and pump contract to ensure availability, issue resolution, correct billing and responsiveness of vendors Monitoring of planned preventive maintainence carried out vs scheduled Regular vendor meets to resolve issues Monitoring of ontime pump readiness at site Ensure the health and safety of oneself, colleagues, vendor partners by complying with the Company policies, procedures , guidelines, rules and regulations of occupational health and safety at work Ensuring most optimum scheduling and dispatching leading to ontime delivery and asset utilisation Ensure branding of TM and pumps with vendors including uniforms Tracking of complaints (Service related), proactive communication with customer & regular customer visits

Technical Competencies


    Optimising Distribution Cost,Customer/Vendor Relationship Management ,Build Solutions ,Market Mapping,Commercial Acumen

Qualifications and Experience


    Essential 4 years (for BE/MBA)/ 6 years (for Diploma / any other degree) Desirable/Preferable Candidates with BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Chemical/Electronics/ EXTC/Production/Automobile/Ceramics/Instrumentation will be preferred Total Years (Band) 4 to 8 years Years (Relevant) 2-3 Seniority (desirable) 2-3 years of experience in Distribution
