Develop and implement a global ICS roadmap aligned with Sensonic s business objectives
Act as the first point of contact for all company-wide IT issues, including ticket management, hardware, and software assets
Drive strategic IT and cybersecurity initiatives across risk, control, and compliance globally
Establish and manage standard operating procedures and incident response frameworks
Oversee and optimize AWS environments, including IAM, networks, EC2, EKS, and DevOps tools
Lead Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) environments, including Ansible and other configuration management systems
Implement enterprise-grade security architectures and coordinate audits, compliance, control testing, and remediation activities
Collaborate with internal teams, external providers, and leadership while developing training programs and workshops

You would be perfect for this role if

you hold a degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
you have proven experience managing enterprise IT and ICS operations
you have hands-on experience with AWS (IAM, networks, EC2, EKS), Kubernetes and container orchestration, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Python or Bash, and MS365 administration
you have strong network, system, and application-level security knowledge
you have excellent communication and leadership skills; fluent in English (German desirable)
