We’re seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie specializing in Tandoor cuisine to join our culinary brigade. You'll manage the Tandoor station, delivering consistent, high-quality Indian tandoori dishes while upholding food safety and collaborating on menu innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Tandoor section, coordinating prep, cook timing, mise en place, and support during service. Supervise junior staff and step up during senior chef absences .
Maintain strict kitchen hygiene, follow FSSAI standards, perform regular cleanliness checks, and ensure safe storage practices expertia.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality. Specialized certification in Indian cuisine is preferred .
Deep expertise in Indian spices, marinades, meat and bread preparation, temperature control, and authentic tandoori techniques .
