Role Overview: As a Chef De Partie specializing in Indian/Tandoor & Continental cuisine, your role will involve directing and executing the production of authentic starters and main courses. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and finishing specialist dishes according to standard recipes, portion yield, and within agreed time limits. Your main focus will be on maintaining excellent quality food through regular tasting, standardizing recipes, and adhering to the company's policy on allergen regulations. Additionally, you will be involved in menu planning, setting presentation standards, reducing wastage, and managing stock levels to achieve targeted food costs.
