CDP – Pan Asian & Chinese Cuisine Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and creative CDP – Pan Asian & Chinese Cuisine Specialist to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in authentic Asian dishes, wok cooking, sauces, and flavor balance, with a keen eye for presentation and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes specializing in Pan Asian and Chinese cuisine.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently of a high standard.
• Maintain mise-en-place and ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Support the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and new dish development.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards strictly.
• Control wastage and manage portion sizes effectively.
• Train and supervise Commis chefs and junior staff in Asian cooking techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Pan Asian / Chinese kitchen.
• Strong wok skills and in-depth knowledge of Asian sauces and ingredients.
• Culinary degree or diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and passion for excellence.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
