Teamwork & Coordination Support the restaurant captain and other team members during service operations. Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate order delivery. Assist in mise-en-place (preparation before service) and closing duties after service. Participate actively in pre-service briefings and team meetings. 4. Sales & Upselling Promote and upsell food and beverage items, daily specials, and combo offers. Suggest appropriate beverages and desserts to complement meals. Maintain awareness of current promotions, events, and special menus. 5. Hygiene & Safety Follow all hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards strictly.
