Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of bakery items including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts with consistency and perfection.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Supervise and mentor junior bakery staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage inventory, monitor ingredient stocks, and minimize wastage.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create new recipes and seasonal offerings.
• Ensure all bakery equipment is well-maintained and report issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CDP or in a similar bakery role.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, tools, and modern trends.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and team management skills.
• Cullinary arts certification or relevant qualification is a plus.
