The Career Company is a Startup India-recognised venture, backed by IIM Nagpur and funded under the Prime Minister's Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS). We are revolutionizing career development by providing hyper-personalised journeys and have established partnerships with renowned institutions such as IIM Kozhikode, IIM Udaipur, TISS Mumbai, IIM Sambalpur, and Jio Institute. Founded by Maharshi Vyas, a former placement cell head at IIM Udaipur and IIM Nagpur, our operations are supported by a network of 210+ mentors and guided by an advisory board comprising seasoned industry leaders. We are currently seeking a dynamic Intern to join our Career Development Module (CDM) team. This role will involve playing a crucial part in establishing new institutional partnerships and driving strategic outreach initiatives. As an Intern in Sales & Partnerships, your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging with potential partner institutions such as B-Schools, T-Schools, and Universities. You will assist in creating compelling outreach messages, decks, and proposals, as well as contribute to managing the sales funnel from prospecting to closure. In terms of client management, you will liaise with institutional stakeholders throughout and after sales discussions, gather and systematize feedback to enhance service delivery and client experience, and uphold structured communication and follow-up processes. You will collaborate cross-functionally with the CDM and design teams to develop tailored offerings, engage with the founder and leadership team to align on sales strategy, and monitor performance metrics while ensuring punctual reporting through CRM tools. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong communication skills, demonstrate initiative and drive, excel in stakeholder management, exhibit exceptional organizational abilities, be familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and G-Suite, and embody a growth mindset.
