As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Hashicorp reported by customers. - Lead incident calls with stakeholders. - Apply and test fixes in Non-Prod and Production environments. - Document problem solutions in the knowledge base. - Maintain detailed documentation of case progress and technical details. - Provide 24x7 on-call support via rotational schedule. - Participate in support review meetings and present challenges and mitigation plans. - Ensure incidents are resolved within defined SLAs. - Provide input for continual improvement. - Plan and deliver new activities within timelines. - Audit accounts, work on reports, resolve server login and permission issues as needed. Requirements: - 4+ years of hands-on experience in Hashicorp. - Hashicorp Certification is a plus. - Experience with Hashicorp solutions and tools like SIEM, 2FA. - Hands-on experience in applying patches, conducting DR drills, and setting up Hashicorp. - Proficient in resolving Hashicorp issues related to unavailability and replication. - Experience with supporting platforms using Hashicorp, including Windows servers, UNIX servers, and databases. - Hands-on experience in implementing Hashicorp policies. - Willingness to work in US day shift (9AM EST - 5PM EST) / India night shift (7 PM IST - 3 AM IST) and provide weekend/on-call support.,
