CCTV Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated CCTV Engineer to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems and surveillance equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with analog and IP-based security systems and be familiar with networking concepts. Key Responsibilities: Installation and configuration of CCTV systems (IP and Analog) Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance Troubleshoot issues with cameras, DVRs/NVRs, switches, and related components Cabling, wiring, and terminating CCTV system connections Integration of CCTV with access control and security systems Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of installations and services Provide remote and onsite support as needed Coordinate with vendors or suppliers for timely delivery and support Train clients or end-users on basic operation of CCTV systems Requirements: Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field 1–4 years of experience in CCTV or electronic security systems (Freshers with technical training may apply) Sound knowledge of networking (IP addressing, routing, port forwarding) Familiarity with major CCTV brands . Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics Good communication and customer-handling skills Willingness to travel to client sites as required Preferred Skills: Knowledge of biometric systems, access control, and fire alarm systems Understanding of remote monitoring tools and mobile app integration Experience with cable management and safety procedures
