Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Installation and Configuration: Setting up new CCTV systems, installing cameras, and configuring software and hardware components. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. Technical Support: Providing guidance and support to users on how to operate and maintain the CCTV systems. Documentation: Maintaining records of system configurations, maintenance activities, and service logs. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the surveillance industry. Collaboration: Working with other team members, such as security and IT personnel, to integrate and maintain surveillance systems. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications (e.g., in electronics or a related field) being advantageous. Experience: Proven experience with CCTV systems and video surveillance, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Technical Skills: Knowledge of networking, cabling standards, and electrical wiring, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
