ExpertiaApna Job OverviewAs a CCTV Technician at SKN IoT Technology, you will be instrumental in installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting advanced CCTV and surveillance systems for diverse clients across the Bhubaneswar region. Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure analog, IP, HD/AI-based CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related surveillance equipment. ApnaExpertia Perform meticulous site surveys to recommend optimal camera placement. ApnaInterview Questions Lay and manage cabling—LAN, PoE, coaxial, electrical wiring—for seamless system connectivity. Apna Conduct system troubleshooting, maintenance, firmware updates, cloud backup setups, and remote monitoring configurations. ApnaInterview Questions Maintain thorough documentation of installations, repairs, and service logs. Expertia+1 Provide technical support and training to clients on system usage and best practices. ExpertiaInterview Questions Optionally handle related systems like access control, intercoms, and biometric devices. Apna Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience: At least 6 months in CCTV installation, maintenance, or related roles; 1–3 years preferred. ApnaExpertia Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, TP-Link VIGI, etc.; solid grasp of network configuration, IP addressing, and electrical wiring. ApnaExpertia Education: ITI, Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, or equivalent technical certification preferred. ApnaExpertia Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting, communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
