CCTV Project Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling integration projects of ELV / Security Systems from inception to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes setting up and configuring video surveillance systems, troubleshooting malfunctions, resolving operational issues, and ensuring Environment, Health & Safety at customer sites. Your role also involves presenting project progress reports, managing project changes, and maintaining network operations and software applications. Key Responsibilities: - Handle integration projects of ELV / Security Systems from start to finish - Set up and configure video surveillance systems including CCTV, Fire Alarms, Access control, PA, and ELV systems - Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions of network, hardware, and software applications - Resolve operational issues and restore services during outages - Present reports on project progress, problems, and solutions - Manage project changes to achieve project outputs on time - Maintain multi-site network operations and ELV software applications through regular maintenance and on-site visits - Respond to queries from customers, onsite personnel, and support vendors - Provide technical assistance and support to onsite support team members - Coordinate effectively with onsite personnel and conduct customer meetings for project closure - Report critical issues proactively to prevent major customer escalations Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in ELV / Security Systems - Experience in ELV and CCTV work is required Additional Details: - Immediate joiners preferred - Candidates from Ahmedabad or surrounding areas within 30 kms are preferred - Candidates willing to relocate to Ahmedabad only Job Type: Full-time Benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement Location: - Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Ahmedabad - 380015, Gujarat,
