CCTV Operator

We are hiring CCTV Operators for our Delhi-based office.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years
Location: Ashok Vihar, Phase 3
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 (depends on interview)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV footage and ensure continuous surveillance of designated areas.
• Identify, record, and report suspicious activities or security breaches to the Security Supervisor/Management.
• Maintain accurate logs and prepare reports of daily surveillance activities.
• Ensure CCTV equipment, recording devices, and related technology are functioning properly.
• Assist in retrieving and reviewing recorded footage when required for investigations.
• Coordinate with security staff during emergencies and provide visual support.
• Follow company protocols and comply with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Regularly check system performance and report any technical issues to the IT/Security team.
• Support security audits and incident investigations with evidence from surveillance systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate (preferred).
• Prior experience as a CCTV Operator or in security/surveillance is desirable.
• Good knowledge of operating CCTV systems and other security equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert during long monitoring hours.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, report preparation).
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Working Conditions:

• Rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Long hours of screen monitoring with minimal physical movement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,482.99 - ₹24,069.78 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• CCTV Operator: 2 years (Preferred)
