CCTV Operator

As a CCTV Operator in the electronics retail environment, your primary role will be to monitor surveillance systems to prevent theft, ensure the safety of customers and staff, and safeguard store assets. It is essential that you maintain constant vigilance, exhibit professionalism, and strictly adhere to company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor CCTV cameras from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM covering the retail floor, storage areas, and entry/exit points. - Identify and promptly report any suspicious activities, instances of shoplifting, or security incidents. - Collaborate with store management and security personnel whenever intervention is necessary. - Keep accurate incident logs and prepare daily reports. - Ensure the proper functioning of CCTV systems and report any technical issues without delay. - Uphold confidentiality and strictly follow retail security procedures. Qualifications Required: - Freshers or experienced individuals in CCTV monitoring, preferably in retail or electronics stores. - Possess strong observation and communication skills. - Ability to stay alert in a fast-paced retail environment. - Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
