Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual for the role of CCTV Operator. This full-time, on-site role is based in Agra. The CCTV Operator will be responsible for monitoring and operating surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of premises, reporting any unusual or suspicious activity, and maintaining accurate records of surveillance activities. Candidates will coordinate with security teams and assist in responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies observed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating and monitoring CCTV systems, including managing digital video recording tools.
• Strong observational and attention-to-detail skills for detecting and responding to security incidents effectively.
• Ability to prepare and maintain clear and accurate surveillance logs, reports, and documentation.
• Knowledge of security protocols and basic technical troubleshooting for surveillance systems.
• Good communication skills to coordinate and report effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and remain calm and focused during incidents.
• Availability to remain vigilant in shift-based work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Previous experience in a similar role or background in security services is preferred but not required.
