CCTV Engineer

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our team, specializing in security and surveillance systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our range of products, including CCTV, Video Door Phones, EPABX IP-based systems, Texicom Security solutions, Optex sensors, and Wi-Fi systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission our security and surveillance systems at customer sites, ensuring all components are functioning correctly.

2. Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair issues with CCTV, Video Door Phones, EPABX systems, Texicom Security solutions, Optex sensors, and Wi-Fi systems.

3. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, firmware upgrades, and system checks, to ensure optimal performance.

4. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

5. System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of our products with existing systems and infrastructure.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports, test results, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

1. Education: Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in installing and maintaining security and surveillance systems.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with CCTV, Video Door Phones, EPABX systems, and Wi-Fi technology.

4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

5. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as manufacturer-specific training or industry-recognized certifications, are an advantage.

2. Experience with Specific Products: Familiarity with Texicom Security solutions, Optex sensors, and EPABX IP-based systems is desirable.
