CCTV Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and testing CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and other security equipment at client sites. Additionally, you will perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimization to ensure CCTV systems are functioning optimally. Providing technical support and training to clients on CCTV system usage and troubleshooting will also be a part of your role. You will be required to maintain records of installations, maintenance, and repairs, and prepare performance reports. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and health and safety regulations is a crucial aspect of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and test CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and other security equipment at client sites - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functioning of CCTV systems - Adjust camera settings and optimize network configurations for improved performance - Provide technical support and training to clients on CCTV system usage and troubleshooting - Maintain records of installations, maintenance, and repairs, and prepare performance reports - Ensure compliance with industry standards and health and safety regulations - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to CCTV systems, cameras, and connections - Configure and troubleshoot IP-based CCTV systems and network connections - Effectively communicate technical information to clients and team members Qualifications Required: - At least 1 year of total work experience in a similar role is preferred - Strong networking knowledge with the ability to configure and troubleshoot IP-based CCTV systems and network connections,
