Job Description

Job Purpose:

To manage and grow the company’s social media presence across all digital platforms, create engaging content, monitor campaigns, and support brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation goals.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:1. Content Planning & Creation:

  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video, reels, etc.) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and others.
  • Work closely with the graphic designer to create visual content aligned with brand aesthetics and messaging.

2. Social Media Management:

  • Daily management of all social media accounts including posting, monitoring, and responding to messages and comments.
  • Maintain a content calendar with consistent brand voice and themes.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns and boosts when required.

3. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions).
  • Use insights to optimize future campaigns and increase engagement.

4. Community Engagement:

  • Engage with followers and influencers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.
  • Participate in relevant conversations to promote the brand and customer loyalty.

5. Branding & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, service, HR) to align social media content with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist with events, promotions, and product/service announcements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
