The Commercial Banking Group is responsible for delivering One Axis to clients with a turnover between Rs 10 Crs to Rs 250 Crs by offering products and solutions around forex, trade, payments, cash management and tax payments along with retail products like salary, trust services, forex, commercial card, credit cards etcAbout the RoleBusiness Analyst with the Commercial Banking Coverage Group will work with the Segment Heads and their team to support them with decision making The Business Analyst will be working with Relationship Managers, Credit Analyst and leaders across locations to derive insights about the segment s portfolio of customers Additionally, the Business Analyst will help in implementation and monitoring of models for risk management and driving growthGenerate business insights by analyzing data to facilitate informed decision makingDevelop, implement and monitor models for risk management and business growthConduct risk review of the portfolio and analyze the portfolio to identify well performing and poorly performing segmentsConduct market / industry research to identify markets / sectors for entry / exitDevelop and implement Early Warning System (EWS) to identify probable NPAsDevelop and implement strategies to improve cross sell and marketing effortsEvaluate and implement credit bureau productsInteract and develop business relationship with key stakeholdersQualificationsCA / Graduation / Post-Graduation from a recognized instituteGood academic recordRole ProficienciesGood communication (both verbal and written) skillsAbility to analyze data and present effectivelyGood networking and relationship building skills
