We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience and be responsible for nurturing corporate client relationships through continuous client engagements and risk profiling

• Acquire new to bank SME customers by providing corporate banking solutions while maintaining high service standards
• Maintain complete customer profiles, including risk profiles, demographics, and assets in the bank
• Enhance relationships and increase wallet share through customer engagement activities
• Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration
• Achieve monthly targets as assigned by the organization
• Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system
• Coordinate with the Service Team to resolve any client issues
• Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the bank

• Graduate or Post-Graduate from a recognized institute
• Experience in Business Banking, Treasury, and Foreign exchange is preferred
• Possess knowledge of banking products and services
• Demonstrate the ability to manage complex client situations
• Exhibit good communication skills in both English and the local language
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Good networking and relationship-building skills
