CBG: SBB Centre Head - Working Capital

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 13 years of experience to lead our team as a Centre Head in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and management, with expertise in managing complex client relationships and driving business growth

• Manage relationship managers and achieve sales targets across products and channels
• Conduct sales team meetings and set targets with individual RMs to ensure tight control on sales processes
• Develop new tie-ups and support RMs for similar initiatives
• Plan and design sales programs, contests, and presentations at the local level
• Launch new products in the marketplace and manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
• Identify training needs by analyzing market trends and channel deployment, and provide suitable feedback suggestions to the Circle head
• Ensure high levels of employee relationship, satisfaction, motivation, and engagement to drive results
• Coordinate with Operations and Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes and profitability across locations

• Graduation or post-graduation from a recognized institute
• At least 8 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in the MSME segment
• Possess strong sales orientation, proficiency in managing complex client relationships, and knowledge of industry, technology, marketing, and product trends
• Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms, along with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Exhibit people management and leadership skills to build a high-performing team
• Be competent in managing within a dynamic, priority-setting environment and possess a strategic and agile mindset
• Maintain a strong risk and compliance mindset, alongside adept communication and interpersonal skills
