CB Ops Control Assurance Manager, VP

As a QA & Testing Portfolio Manager, VP at Deutsche Bank, your role involves proactively managing risks and building efficient controls within Corporate Bank Operations. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading and conducting QA reviews of complex high-risk manual processes across various Corporate Bank Operations units - Utilizing quantitative and qualitative methods to measure quality and outcomes resulting from the QA review - Providing consolidated management information of QA reviews to ExCo, Senior Management, and other key stakeholders - Preparing and submitting summaries of QA reviews to business units and stakeholders - Identifying and monitoring through resolution any exceptions and self-identified issues (SIIs) from QA reviews - Maintaining documentation relating to the review and test results in a centralized repository - Assisting in the development of standard templates and Key Operating Procedures (KOPs) for Technology and Operations units - Conducting periodic assessments to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented process controls - Supporting Operations teams in identifying process improvement opportunities - Effectively managing and leading a team of reviewers - Reviewing and challenging the remediation and closure of complex audit issues and SIIs Your skills and experience should include: - Solid understanding of QA principles - Experience in running effective QA reviews - Ability to remain objective and independently assess processes in CB operational areas - Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, solid organizational and interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders - Profound knowledge and experience of various Operational and IT environments - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient with MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.) Deutsche Bank offers a range of benefits to support you in your role, including training and development, coaching from experts in your team, and a culture of continuous learning.
