About the Role:

OTA Category Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Own day-to-day performance across key OTA channels (MMT, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.)
Act as the SPOC for OTA account managers; lead review and strategy calls
Analyze category performance trends and drive data-backed decisions to improve conversion and visibility
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Revenue, Ops, Marketing) to execute OTA campaigns.
Drive initiatives to improve pricing competitiveness, content health, and OTA share..

What Were Looking For:

3–4 years of work experience in the OTA space;
ex-MMT
or similar platform preferred
Strong understanding of OTA operations, pricing levers, and promotional mechanics
Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading external calls
Advanced MS Office skills
– especially Excel and PowerPoint
Analytical mindset with ability to extract actionable insights from data
Self-starter with strong ownership and a bias for execution
Mature, reliable, and collaborative attitude to work across teams
