About the role: We're looking for a Category Manager to join our team at ApnaMart - a fast-growing self-service retail chain. This role will own end-to-end business with top FMCG companies, drive day-to-day execution, and help grow the category exponentially in the next few months. What you'll do: *Own relationships with National and Regional FMCG brands *Lead joint business planning, align on growth targets, and drive execution *Manage assortment, pricing, promotions, and visibility to drive sales *Drive monthly/quarterly plans with brands and track performance *Lead new product launches and visibility initiatives in stores *Collaborate with marketing, operations, supply, and store teams *Track daily retailing and solve problems on-ground to unlock growth What we're looking for: *2-3 years in FMCG / modern trade / retail / eB2B / eCommerce with a degree in Management *Strong relationship management skills - ability to close, follow up, and own
