myG Future is one of Kerala’s fast-growing retail and lifestyle technology brands, known for an excellent customer experience and a wide range of premium products. We are looking for a talented Category Business Manager Standby to lead and grow category operations at our Ernakulam location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive performance of assigned product categories
• Analyze category sales, pricing, and promotions to maximize revenue
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for stock planning
• Monitor inventory health and ensure optimum stock availability
• Plan and execute category-wise campaigns, offers, and merchandising
• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare category performance reports for management
• Work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and understanding of retail category management
• Previous experience in Retail field
• Good communication, negotiation, and leadership qualities
• Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and basic business tools
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
