Catalogue Manager

The Catalogue Librarian role is crucial in managing and maintaining our client-specific library and catalogues. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the structure, integrity, and effectiveness of the library are well-maintained, enabling easy access to assets with relevant content for users. Working closely with the Regional Account Director and in-market teams, you will play a key role in supporting the build and execution of product catalogues, industry insights, and innovation sharing. As the advocate for the POS library, you will provide ad-hoc support to users, manage cataloguing processes, and oversee the collection and upload of assets to the library. Your role will involve training users, troubleshooting library errors, and ensuring the system's integrity at all times. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering Management Information reports, updating user guides, and liaising with end-users to facilitate content access and management. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be organized, IT-literate, and capable of working under tight deadlines in dynamic environments. An ideal candidate would have experience in managing digital asset libraries and be able to analyze data effectively to produce meaningful information.
