Catalog Specialist [1-3 years]

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Catalog Specialist to join one of our client teams and manage product catalogs across two Shopify brands. The role involves end-to-end catalog operations, ensuring accurate product listings, optimizing content, and maintaining a seamless online shopping experience. If you are proactive, meticulous, and enjoy working with e-commerce systems, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product catalogs across Shopify stores.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, variants, pricing, tags, collections).
• Ensure catalog accuracy with proper categorization, attributes, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure product launches and campaigns go live on time.
• Regularly audit catalogs to identify errors, duplicates, or gaps.
• Work with tools like Kopy (preferred) for content and catalog operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers/agents to collect product information and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor product availability, stock updates, and discontinued items.
• Assist in other operational and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in catalog management for Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with Kopy tool is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to handle repetitive catalog work efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for bulk catalog operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, full-time setup.
• Flexibility to assist in other business areas (operations, support, content) is a plus.
