Casting Coordinator

You will be a Casting Manager - Business Development joining our team, responsible for driving growth through building relationships with production houses, brands, agencies, and talent networks. Your responsibilities will include overseeing casting operations for various entertainment projects, maintaining a database of talent, coordinating auditions and talent shortlisting, and collaborating with creative teams to meet client requirements. Additionally, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop partnerships with brands and agencies, pitch services, and negotiate contracts to achieve revenue targets. Conducting market research to identify industry trends, contributing to strategic planning for expanding the company's presence, and representing the company at industry events are essential for your role. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field, along with 1+ years of experience in casting, talent management, or business development within the entertainment/media industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and a keen eye for identifying talent.
