Develop partnerships with brands and agencies to secure casting and talent management projects. Pitch services, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to achieve revenue targets. Build long-term client relationships and maintain a strong professional network in the entertainment industry. Strategy & Growth Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and emerging opportunities. Contribute to strategic planning for expanding the company’s presence in the casting and talent management ecosystem. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field (MBA preferred). 1+ years of experience in casting, talent management, or business development within the entertainment/media industry. Strong understanding of the film, advertising, modeling, and OTT ecosystem. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
