Cashier/Sales Assistant

As a Bakery Cashier & Sales Assistant at Ojin Bakes in Kozhikode, Kerala, you will be an integral part of our team known for quality and freshness. Your main responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly, assisting them in selecting bakery products, operating the billing counter accurately, maintaining cleanliness at the counter and display shelves, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all customers. Additionally, you will be required to refill stock, organize products, handle customer inquiries, coordinate with the baking team for product availability, and adhere to hygiene and food safety standards. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a bakery or food outlet. Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of operating POS systems and handling cash is essential. A friendly and customer-oriented personality with proficiency in Malayalam (basic English and/or Hindi is a plus) will be beneficial.
